Meet Our Team
Mike Fariss - President
Mike oversees the operation of Finly Corporation. He also works hands on with the Septic Crew, ensuring that every system install is done correctly with specifications. With over 30 years of experience installing Septic Systems, Mike can regularly be caught operating a backhoe or inside a trench.
Adam Fariss - Vice President
Adam oversees the Ready Mix Concrete division. Adam is dedicated to ensure that all Ready Mix Concrete shipped out meets standards set by the industry. Adam works with our Pre-cast Concrete products to create and maintain quality standards. Adam also works in a general manager capacity, helping to oversee the daily operation of all aspects of Finly Corporation.
Steven Hill - Vice President
Steven oversees Excavating, Hauling, E&S Management, and New Ventures. Steven also works closely with our office manager to provide support and guidance on finance, accounts, and staffing.
Jennifer Cunningham
Jennifer works with our leadership team to handle daily operations. She handles all AP and AR for Finly Corporation as well as takes care of all our Human Resource and collections for delinquent accounts.
Jeremy Kent
Jeremy is our Ready Mix Concrete Dispatcher. He handles day-to-day batching operations for our concrete plant and maintains the delivery schedule for our concrete mixers.
Fuix Saechao - Sales
Fuix is our Commercial Sales person. Working closely with neighboring businesses and contractors to help bring new and exciting projects to our surrounding areas.
