How far in advance should I schedule concrete delivery?
For most projects in the Lynchburg and Central Virginia area, we recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance. Larger pours, night work, or jobs outside our typical radius may require additional notice. Call us as early as possible so we can reserve trucks and confirm your time window.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Helpful details include: project location, desired pour date and time, required mix strength and type, estimated yardage, placement method (chute, pump, conveyor), and any site access constraints. Share what you know and we will help you fill in the gaps.
Do you deliver to homeowners or only contractors?
We primarily serve contractors and builders but also supply homeowners for driveways, patios, walkways, and small projects. We will explain site requirements, access needs, and what to have ready before the truck arrives.
Can you help me choose the right mix design?
Yes! Tell us how the concrete will be used, and we can recommend the right mix along with any additional products that can help make your pour a success.
What happens if the weather changes on pour day?
If rain, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures are in the forecast, call our dispatch as soon as possible. We can discuss options such as adjusting timing, modifying the mix, or rescheduling to protect the quality of the finished concrete.
